Dr. Tulipan is a clinical psychology postdoctoral fellow interested in perinatal mental health. She completed her undergraduate studies at Vassar College and earned her Doctor of Psychology at George Washington University in Washington, DC. In addition, Dr. Tulipan completed her Predoctoral Internship at Maimonides Medical Center.
